Biographical notes:
Ebenezer Roberts was a Quaker minister from Burlington County, New Jersey. He was born on August 20th, 1776 to John Roberts and Phebe Andrews. Roberts was a minister and member of Evesham Monthly Meeting and Chester Monthly Meeting. He traveled as a minister throughout the mid-Atlantic region alongside Ann Edwards and Rebecca Matlack. In 1801 Roberts married Rachel Dudley, and the couple had 5 children. He died on April 15th, 1854.
