Biographical notes:
The Liturgical Conference was founded in 1940 as the Benedictine Liturgical Conference. The Benedictines formally incorporated the organization in 1944. The Conference is best known for its sponsorship of National Liturgical Weeks and for its publications, including Liturgy, Homily service, and Living worship.
