Catholic priest and author.
Carroll was born in Gloucester, MA in 1909. He studied at Holy Cross College and St. John's Seminary, as was ordained in 1938. He served as assistant to the Director of the Catholic Guild for the Blind, and became Director in 1946. Carroll was also active in the liturgical movement. He died in 1971.
