Biographical notes:

Meyer Lissner was born in San Francisco, June 16, 1871. He practiced law in Los Angeles and was active politically (1906-1930). He served as editor of California Outlook (1914-1917), was an organizer of the Lincoln-Roosevelt Republian League in California, and was a member of the National Executive Committee of the Progressive Party (1912-1916). Lissner died July 28, 1930.
