Correspondents of note include: prominent conservationists, secretaries of the interior, directors of the National Park Service, members of congress, journalists, and local and national politicians. The collection is arranged chronologically and a detailed calendar/finding aid is available.

Scrapbooks and newspaper clippings document Miller's career between 1912 and the 1940s. They include materials relating to his high school and university education, his early career as lawyer, and his term as mayor of Louisville from 1933 to 1937. The collection also includes Miller's diplomas, certificates, and awards, as well as miscellaneous materials such as newsletters and programs.

This collection consists of letters dated 1920-1968 written by Thomas, Nora, and Barbara Bullitt to their parents William Marshall and Nora Iasigi Bullitt. The letters dated 1920-1938 were written by the children while they were away at boarding schools and mostly concern their education, family life, and social life. The letters dated 1939-1968 were written after the Bullitt children began their careers or married and concern current events, social events, and descriptions of family life. There were several letters from the Bullitt grandchildren as well.

Also, letters of Neville Miller (president, National Association of Broadcasters) with various federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Federal Communications Commission, regarding recorded music and the war effort; correspondence of the Electrical Transcription Manufacturers with volunteer organizations regarding the war effort, music, and shortage of phonodiscs; correspondence of various National War Labor Board panel members with executives of the Electrical Transcription Manufacturers and representatives of the American Federation of Musicians regarding hearings, proposals for collective negotiations, recommendations of the Mediation Panel, and employee status of musicians as independent contractors (1944).
