Description: The course was first offered during the summer session of 1934 and continued to be offered during the summer. The course was directed towards vocational directors, coordinators, supervisors, teachers of home economics and industrial education, supervisors and teachers of sales training groups, and teachers of adult classes in other divisions. The course was intended to acquaint individuals with the problems of conference leading through an understanding of the procedures, techniques, and applications of conference methods in planning and conducting instruction for shop, laboratory, academic, or group meetings. Also included was instruction in the preparation of reports and development of outlines. The publications consist of notes from the course and were intended for those who had taken the course.
