[Letter, 1878?, s. ℓ. to] "very respected Sir."

Feels it would be better for him to play the Mendelsohn concerto this time. Conveys greetings of Count Bylandt and Pablo de Sarasate. The text of this letter was translated into French in a different hand and addtessed to the minister of foreign affairs, Eugene Zilcken, dated 4 December 1878.
