Attachment and warrant, 1710.

Documents in the suit of William Chance against Miles Wills for debt. The attachment, 24 February, authorizes the sheriff to seize Wills's property to satisfy the debt. On the verso is a true copy of the warrant for the attachment, arising from Wills's failure to appear at the court session held 1-2 February. Both are in the hand of and signed by Miles Cary, clerk of court.
