County Court case files contain primarily estate case files and settlements, and personal debt cases. Many of these cases involve property, both real and personal. These files contain affidavits, bonds, certificates, executions, garnishments, protests, summons, and writs. Among the many individuals and attorneys represented in this series are Ball and Crommelin, the Lehman family, Charles G. Gunter, Josiah Morris, and many others. Of specific interest is the 1847 estate settlement of Elisha Moseley (case #7047), the most complicated case in the series.
