Articles of association, bylaws, and minutes of this organization that existed during 1869-1870 and 1881-1884. The minutes suggest that its chief interest was in promoting St. Cloud as a rail center. As well as procedural matters, they discuss rail franchises, construction bonds, and other railroad promotional efforts; hotel and state road construction (1869); and encouragement of manufacturing enterprises.
