These records include project survey forms for the collections of the Kentucky Historical Society, and a draft of the Franklin County inventory of records in state government offices. In addition to survey forms for state records, forms are present for artwork such as statuary, paintings, and artifacts housed in government buildings. Also included are building forms used to collect information about the buildings in which records were housed.
