Audit control batch transmittal forms, 1979.

One of the functions of the Division of Control and Accounts is to preaudit and determine the correctness and legality of every claim and account submitted for the issuance of a warrant and to determine that funds have been appropriated, allotted, and available in the state treasury (Ala. Code, 41-4-50 [1975]). This series consists of Audit Control Batch Transmittal forms used by the division for internal control and balance procedures. Information on each form includes dates, audit batch number, source code, control amount, and a stamped notation from the comptroller indicating that funds are available. Attached to these forms are printouts and calculating sheets showing financial transactions.
