Affidavit relating to the case State vs. William Morgan, alias Lemuel Reddin, 1820.

This series consists of an affadivit relating to the case, State vs. William Morgan, alias Lemual Reddin. The affadavit alleges that a man calling himself William Morgan stole two horses from John R. H. Acklin and William Saunders in Madison Co., Ala. Morgan was pursued to Maury Co., Tenn., where he was found in jail under the name of Lemuel Redding and where the horses were recovered.
