A book-shaped, double-sided container with 34 plaster casts of cameos and intaglios by Bartolomeo and Pietro Paoletti, after sculptures by Antonio Canova and Bertel Thorvaldsen. A manuscript index affixed inside the front cover identifies twenty plaster images after Canova mounted on the facing page. Manuscript text affixed inside the back cover lists fourteen plaster images after Thorvaldsen mounted on the facing page, and also identifies and situates the makers.
