Letter from Fontaine and Charles Percier on the stationery of the Palais de Gouvernement's office of buildings, addressed to the Minister of Finance and concerning the former residence in Paris of the Spanish consul. The Hôtel de Noailles was seized by Gen. Lannes, and the Spanish ambassador is trying to recoup the loss from the revolutionary government.
