Includes a copy of a letter of 22 January 1833 sent to General Winfield Scott that details Tupper's participation in the Battle of Queenston Heights. Also includes copies of a letter of 21 April 1815 from Peter B. Porter relative to Tupper's rank. Other documents contain further details of Tupper's service, including specific campaigns and wounds, apparently in support of applications for military pension and bounties.
