Stern Hall records, 1942-1999.

The Stern Hall records consist primarily of scrapbooks complied by residents. The records also include minutes of the Stern Hall Executive Committee and Stern Hall Association, 1942-1978 (incomplete), which are filed together in some years. They also include by-laws and constitutions, miscellaneous rules and regulations, lists of students and graduates (primarily 1942-47), and notes concerning accessions.

Biographical Information Rosalie Meyer Stern was a civic and social leader of San Francisco. In 1892, she married Sigmund Stern, the president of Levi Strauss and Company.
