Response to Laser History Project Survey, ca. 1984.

A letter to Joan Bromberg, director of the Laser History Project, as response to the questionnaire, in which Stellar describes his early interest in lasers and his work with both ruby and neodymium lasers in the medical field at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx and at Raytheon Company. Stellar also describes the development of laser instrumentation in medicine and surgical techniques and other applications with which he was involved. File also includes a curriculum vitae and list of publications.
