Varios del P. Burriel y de Antonio Perez, ca. 1750.

Contains two treatises bound together. The first is Burriel's Dissertatio de Legibus Hispaniae, a history of court affairs. Dated 1751, this manuscript may be similar to that printed as "Carta a Don Juan de Amaya." The second is titled, Processus Contra Antonio Pérez, which relates the trial of Pérez in 1578 for the murder of Juan de Escovedo, secretary to Don Juan of Austria. Although he did murder Escovedo, he was acting on orders from King Philip II.
