Two portions of a working draft of the Fifth Discourse, delivered to the students of the Royal Academy in 1772. The first relates to the use of fresco by Raphael and Michelangelo and the second to Rubens. Both items are heavily revised and vary from the published version, the Rubens piece substantially.
