This series consists of an assortment of records creted by the probate court, coroner's court, commissioners court, county court, and circuit court. The records consist of estate case files, writs, summons, vouchers, and various other documents. The estate case files are scattered throughout the series; however, much of the material relating to the estate of William and Martha Byrd (Bird) is available in one folder. Other documents relating to the same family are scattered throughout the series.
