Letters are addressed to several correspondents and contain discussion of work-in-progress, the sale of watercolors, exhibitions, travel plans, health, personal matters, wartime conditions, musical interests, and book illustration, including Guillaume Apollinaire's "Le Bestiare." Correspondents include, among others, Gustave and Mauricia Coquiot, Pierre Geismar, Luc-Albert Moreau, Etienne Bignou, Alexandre Roudinesco, Georges Iackowksi, and Berthe Weill.
