Real estate documents of the Manet family, 1863-1881.

The collection comprises the following documents: four lease contracts for various plots of farming land owned by Edouard Manet and his brothers in Gennevilliers near Paris, signed between 1863 and 1878; a contract retaining an agent for the sale of the Manet estate to a construction company, dated July 12, 1881; a note listing the name and size of eight parcels of land with their lease duration, starting from 1877.
