Letter to Julio Payró, 1942 September 29.

One-page letter from the artist Joaquín Torres-García to the Argentine critic Julio Payró. In the letter sent from Montevideo, shortly after his visit to Buenos Aires, Torres-García speaks of setting up a Taller de Torres-García to teach painting. Torres-García also offers to send Payró a painting which the critic had admired.
