An historical treatise on parliament in seven chapters. Attributed to 'Judge Dodderidge' (see Trinity College Dublin MS. 860) but it is probably by Sir Francis Kinnaston (see Cat. Stowe MSS., no. 331; Folger Catalog, App. I, 117 referring to FSL MS. V.b.189, which is not listed above).

Sir John Doddridge or Dodderidge (1555-1628) was the Devonshire lawyer, serjeant-at-law, solicitor-general, M.P., and judge in the Court of Kings Bench who wrote and published extensively on law and history, was a member of the young Society of antiquaries, and in 1630 published a history of Wales, Cornwall, and Chester.
