This series consists of proclamations made by Governor Fob James during his administration. The proclamations declare special days in the city or the state, issue commendations for meritorious or special services, and are congratulatory. Examples of proclamations include ""Miss Black America Day", "Mobile Mardi Gras Doubloon Collecting Month", and "Mother's Day". All of the proclamations are attested by the Secretary of State and most are embossed with the state seal.
