Six sets of monthly meteorological registers, for the years 1823-1828, written in manuscript in an unidentified hand, recording temperatures, winds, weather conditions, and precipitation observed in Huntsville, Alabama. Some additional annotations are present, including a note signed by E. Pickett. One register, 1823 March, is a printed form completed in manuscript. Registers for some months for 1823, 1825, and 1826 are missing. Accompanied by a brief ALS from R. Southmayd to Benjamin Silliman, 18[31?] Aug 24, regarding the registers.
