This series includes records concerning charitable organizations, councils, boards and commissions, and statewide organizations. Charitable organizations include the American Red Cross; Carolina United Community Services, and United Community Chest. These records include correspondence and committee reports. Councils, boards and commissions include correspondence from the Council of Spartanburg County. A small amount of material from the South Carolina National Guard is included.
