Bond fund program subject files, <1984>-[ongoing].

As part of its mandate to protect drinking water supplies in Massachusetts, the Division of Water Supply administers bond fund programs designed to aid communities in either upgrading water sources (through contamination correction projects) or the infrastructure of water systems (through leak detection programs, construction of water filtration plants, or aquifer land acquisition programs), pursuant to St 1982, c 286, ss 18-20 as amended by St 1984, c 472. The Commonwealth provides matching funds to communities participating in these programs. Series is created to administer the bond fund program.
