Record of patient charges and payments between 1889 and 1892 with a page devoted to each patient and an index of patient names at the front of the volume. A short-lived attempt at tracking revenue and expenses from the summer of 1889 appears on p. 144. Laid in the volume are two invoices on printed forms for patient fees and a letter from a patient explaining why he has not yet paid his fee.
