Correspondence and manuscripts. Mostly incoming letters from colleagues on scientific and professional matters; also a few letters from Herzfeld concerning his publications. Manuscripts (ca. 1974) are of scientific papers including drafts of an unpublished report, "Questions in Statistical Mechanics: Some Reactionary Viewpoints." Also contains a few reprints by others.
