Contains two different treatises: (1) A reading on 23 Henry VIII, c. 5, sewers, inc. 'First for the antiquity of the lawes of sewers'; and ending, 'Finitum est hoc opus et consummatum'. Identifiable as the reading of Robert Callis, Gray's Inn, Autumn 1622; and (2) 'The sovereignty of the seas of England...by Sir John Boroughs.'
