Westwood's inscription on the second flyleaf identifies this annotated volume as his own "large paper copy." Included are copies of manuscript illuminations in the form of chromolithograph proofs, tracings, watercolors, and line proofs. Also included are 5 pages detached from an actual illuminated manuscript(s) and one cutting from an actual French book of hours, c. 1500, by a Bourges miniaturist in the style of the Master of Spencer 6.
