MGLA c 35, s 28B (St 1973, c 1166, s 1 as amended) provides in each county for an advisory board on county expenditures consisting of a representative from each constituent municipality: city manager/mayor or designee or board of selectmen/town council member, with weighted vote per member based on county tax assessment.
