Miscellaneous petitions and claims, 1791-1801.

From the architect Parin, the engravers Deny and Geoffroy, the entrepreneur Guiard and the artists Rigo, Le Barbier and Louis Gabriel Moreau, pleading for position, relief, or the settlement of past due accounts, and occasionally providing detailed histories of their royal and revolutionary service. Rigo's letter (1801) is in his official capacity as painter with the Institut national d'Egypte.
