Register of judgments for violation of Highway Law, Article II, 1910-1911.

This series consists of a register containing information on motorists convicted of violating Article 11 of the Highway Law. Arranged in columnar form, each page of the register lists the name, address, section of the highway law violated, sentence and location, and dates of judgment, filing with Secretary of State and entry into register were recorded for every motorist who had violated Article 11 of the Highway law. The Secretary of State used the information recorded in the register to determine whether a license or registration would be revoked or renewal would be denied. This record series is arranged alphabetically by last name.
