Correspondence; reprints; clippings; patents. The correspondence (1939-1964) concerns Firestone's duties as editor of THE JOURNAL OF THE ACOUSTICAL SOCIETY OF AMERICA, his own publications, and congratulations on his talks and articles. The reprints (1925-1956) by Firestone and others are on the subjects of instrument design, acoustics, non-destructive testing, and musical instruction.
