Manuscript document stating the intention of the signers to pay for Indians to release their claim on some land referred to as Arishene in Albany County. Dated 19 June 1768 and signed by James DeLancey, William Livingston, Anthony Hoffman Jun. as attorney for Martin Hoffman, Augustus Van Cortlandt for himself and James and Frederick Van Cortlandt, Goldsbron Banyer as attorney for George Clarke, and Jacob Franks as attorney for John Wenham. Seals and signatures witnessed by Micah Townsend, Isaac Willett Jun., and Thomas Jones.
