Lawyer's commonplace book, ca. 1825.

Volume one contains chiefly cases with opinions of the following counsel: W. Beard (Newcastle, 1782), Robert Eyre, James Montague, Thomas Parker, John Pratt (last four all 1707), John Willes (1724), and George Wood (1797). To these have been added a note of a case at Stafford assizes, Lent 1804, and a number of other cases down to 1813. Volume two contains alphabetical entries from Infants to Witness, leaves numbered 114-228. At ff. 220-228 are some opinions of John Williams, 1805-1809.
