Petition to Governor Trumbull, 1781 August 30.

A petition to Governor Jonathan Trumbull from Daniel Avarill and Henry Brainard of Washington, Connecticut. The men were the owners of a grist mill that was consumed by fire on August 27, 1781. They were requesting relief from debt, as the mill was their only source of income.
