Large collection of documents collected by the Lake Union Conference in connection with the bankruptcy and closure of the Battle Creek Sanitarium in the late 1930s and early 1940s. In addition to documents directly related to the court proceedings there are supplementary materials going back to the Health Reform Institute and many of the divisions of the Sanitarium through the years. Includes legal and consitutional documents, financial records, correspondence, minutes, and reports from the Sanitariums many departments.
