Concerning obtaining the rights to produce a film on Emiliano Zapata, noting that it will take until next Tuesday or Wednesday to "obtain the lowdown from Metro on the story as there are a number of technical details involved," and that they must also obtain permission from a Mexican office. Mentioning that he has been told that on five occasions in the past several years, various film companies have been unsuccessful in obtaining Mexican permission to produce a film on Zapata.
