Addison County photograph album, ca. 1890s.

Photograph album containing images of North Ferrisburgh and Vergennes, Vermont, as well as family photographs of an unidentified family. The images include scenes around North Ferrisburgh, including the Methodist Church, the train depot, and bridges over Otter Creek. There are also photographs of the Lower Falls of the Otter Creek in Vergennes and of Lake Champlain. As well, there are two photographs of what is probably Vergennes, showing the townscape. Other photographs include interior shots showing family activities, and exterior shots of family members swimming, canoeing, posed with their bicycles, or interacting with their pets. Also included are photographs of Dewey Day in Montpelier, Vermont in 1899, including one of Admiral Dewey, and of a trip to Mount Vernon, Virginia and to Washington D. C. Of special interest are two photographs showing the construction of a railroad bridge, probably for the Rutland Railroad.
