Most of the records cover the history of the College Teas Association from 1894 to 1972. These include the records kept by the Executive and Advisory committees, which cover: members of the two committees, minutes of general and committee meetings, and details of specific teas. Also in the collection is material from the Newcomer's Club of the C.T.A. including annual reports, lists of officers, reports on teas, and information about subordinate groups. Other records of the organization include information covering dinner dances, lists of members, samples of invitations and mailings, financial records, and a visitor's book from the 1950's. The only items from after 1972 are invitations and mailings, and exhibit items from the centennial celebration in 1994.
