Also contains correspondence relating to engineering societies, admissions, degrees, student affairs (both graduate and undergraduate), the Office of the President and Provost, and faculty members. Committee records relate to buildings, degrees, instruction, undergraduate advising, graduate students, and scholarships. Other records relate to graduate language examinations, Blue Hill Observatory, and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. The offices of Harold M. Westergaard, Albert Haertlein, Gordon Fair, F. Karl Willenbrock, and Frederick Abernathy were the source of many of these records.
