John Hooker Mooers was born in Plattsburgh, New York in 1885. While attending Cornell (Class of 1907), he was a member of Sigma Phi. He retired in 1955 after 44 years with the Railway Express Agency, where he served as vice president and general counsel in his final years with the company. Cornell University Class of 1907.
