Contains records of Associated Harvard Alumni (AHA) Directors, including minutes of meetings, correspondence, reports, and financial records. Also correspondence, minutes, reports of board and various committee meetings; and records of AHA Regional Directors. Secretary's files from 1954 to 1969 pertain to the reoganization of the alumni organizations. Some records of the earlier Harvard Alumni Association (HAA) and the Associated Harvard Clubs (AHC) have also been included in the AHA files. AHC and HAA correspondence and related material concerns nominating and visiting committee activities, annual meetings, and financial and other matters. Nominating Committee for the Board of Overseers records include correspondence, lists and other material, 1966-1979. Records of individual Harvard clubs (from various cities, states and countries) contain correspondence, minutes, newsletters, scrapbooks, etc. Class reunion records include mostly 25th Reunion Office material from the Classes of 1929 to 1948. Related records pertain to special events such as commencement week and football game parties. Publications of the AHA include directories of officers, handbooks for officers, newsletters, and constitution and by-laws. Also clippings and notices about AHA.
