Evelyn Anne (Harvey) Schmollinger entered Purdue University in 1952. Her parents were from Sheridan, Indiana. She was a member of The Purdue Collegiate 4-H club as well as the Hamilton County 4-H Club. In 1955, Evelyn was elected second vice president of the Purdue Collegiate 4-H club.
