John Beach deed, 1782 February 27.

John Beach of Newtown, Connecticut, had written into his will that his grandson Abel Hill of Redding, Connecticut, receive a portion of Beach's estate. Evidently Abel needed the land sooner rather than later, because Beach bestowed two pieces of land in Redding upon his grandson while Beach was still alive.
