The R/V Brooks McCall departed Port Fourchon on the May 22, 2010 to collect data in the Gulf of Mexico, Mississippi Canyon. From May 23 to May 25, 2010. Water samples were collected at 11 stations (B42-B52) for particle size distribution measurements using the LISST-100X particle counter. A total of 252 LISST samples were analyzed, including duplicates. Selected samples were also collected and stored for shore based fluorescence intensity ratio measurements.
